Subscribing to SEC Filings Notifications in Numero

Set Notifications from ‘My Notification’ section

You can create and customize notifications for SEC filings directly in the My Notifications section. Follow these steps:

  1. First, open the Settings menu, then select Notifications. From there, navigate to My Notifications.

  2. Click on the "Create Notification" button.

  3. In the Notification Preferences window, select New SEC Filing (Real Time) as the Notification Type.

  4. Enter a descriptive title (e.g., "SEC Filings for Tech Companies").

  5. Use the search bar to find companies you want to track (e.g., "Apple Inc.").

  6. Select the companies from the results to include them in your subscription.

  7. Check the boxes for the SEC filing types you want to monitor, such as 10-K or 10-Q.

  8. Choose the notification delivery channel:
    a. Slack: Notifications will be delivered via Numero App in Slack.

    b. In-App: Enable this option to view updates within the Numero app.

    c. Email (Coming Soon): Select to receive updates via email.

  9. Click "Create" to finalize your notification settings.

  10. The new notification will appear in your My Notifications list.


Set Notifications via Company Profile

You can also subscribe directly through a company’s profile page in Numero. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Public Docs repository in Numero.

  2. Use the search function to find the company you wish to follow.

  3. Click on the desired company’s ticker to open its profile page.

  4. On the company profile page, locate and click the "Subscribe" button.

  5. This will automatically subscribe you to updates for that company’s SEC filings.
