How to raise a ticket, submit a request?

If you encounter issues, bugs, have feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you can easily raise a ticket through the Messenger. This ensures that our team is notified and can address your concern promptly.

How to Raise a Ticket

  1. Open the Messenger from within the app.

  2. On the Home menu, scroll down until you see the “Create a ticket” section.

  3. Click on Support Request.

  4. Fill in the details of your issue, feedback, or request.

  5. Submit the ticket.

What Happens Next

Once you raise a ticket, our team is notified immediately. We review the details and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue or follow up with you for more information.
