Numero’s SOC Management dashboard streamlines the review of SOC reports by bringing all documents together in a single, organized view. It enables you to efficiently compare fiscal-year reports, with deviations and updates clearly highlighted, allowing you to quickly identify key changes.

Accessing the SOC Management Dashboard

  1. Click the SOC Management icon on the navigation bar to open the dashboard.

  2. The interface organizes SOC-related documents by vendor, grouping them into collapsible sections for a clear and structured view.

  1. Use filters to narrow documents by type, status, year, or detected changes, helping you quickly find what you need.

  2. Upload new SOC reports or related files directly from the dashboard to keep your records up to date.

Exploring SOC Documents

When you expand a vendor section, the list of SOC documents and bridge letters appears, displaying key details along with tags that indicate the type and purpose of each document. Each vendor section includes:

  • Vendor Name

  • Report Count Badge – displays the number of documents of each type

  • Latest Report Year – indicates the year of the most recent report uploaded for the vendor.

  • Year-over-Year Summary Panel – shows changes such as “27 Controls Added” or “2 Exceptions Removed,” while also indicating the range of report years available (e.g., 2018 → 2025).

You can click View Details for a deeper look into the report’s contents, or use the Download icon to access and save the full file.

Document Tags Explained

  • Bridge Letter – Indicates supporting documents that provide additional confirmation or context for the SOC report.

  • SOC – Marks the main SOC report itself, summarizing controls and auditor assessments.

  • Current – Identifies the latest report for the vendor, reflecting the most recent fiscal period.

  • Historical – Highlights older reports, allowing you to reference past performance or findings.

  • Comparable – Shows reports that can be compared side by side for year-over-year analysis.

Viewing Report Details

Click View Details on any document to open a detailed, tabbed view. You’ll see tabs like Cover Sheet, Exception, Subservice Orgs, CUEC Mapping, and Linked Documents.

The Year-over-Year Comparison tab, provides a side-by-side analysis of the selected report against a previous period. This tab highlights scope changes, added or removed exceptions, and updates to CUECs, giving you a clear, detailed differentiation between the two reports.

  • Scope Comparison: Shows any updates to the report scope, such as new vendor involvement.

  • Exceptions Comparison: Highlights added or removed exceptions, helping you track control deviations.

  • CUEC Comparison: Shows added or removed user entity responsibilities, with control numbers for reference.

All changes are clearly marked with color cues, with green highlighting additions and red showing removals, so you can immediately spot what’s new or has been removed between reports.

This visual approach ensures you can instantly identify what has changed between reports, reducing manual effort and boosting confidence in your compliance review.

Downloading

Once you’ve reviewed the analysis, you can download the entire dataset as a spreadsheet, making it easy to store or share the insights.
