How to Invite New Users to Numero

  1. From the Numero dashboard, navigate to the Settings section by clicking on the gear icon located in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  2. In the Settings menu, select Users.

  3. Click the Add New User button located at the top right of the user list. This will open the "Invite your Team" dialog box.

  4. Enter the full name of the user you wish to invite in the Name field.

  5. Enter the user's email address in the Email field. Ensure that this is the email they will use to access Numero.

  6. Select the appropriate role for the new user from the Role dropdown menu:

    1. Admin: Grants full access to all settings and user management features.

    2. User: Provides access to the platform's all features without user management features.

  7. Choose how the user will authenticate their login:

    1. Google/Microsoft: Select this option if the user will log in using their Google or Microsoft account.

    2. Email: Select this option if the user will log in using their email address.

  8. After filling out all the necessary details, click the Invite button to send the invitation.

  9. The invited user will receive an email with instructions on how to join Numero. The email will include a link for them to set up their account and access the platform.
