Access the Document Repository: From the main navigation menu on the left, select the Internal Docs module to view your document repository.
Locate the Document: Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find a document that contains tabular data, such as an invoice or quote.
Open the Document: Click on the document name to open it. You will see multiple tabs at the top of the document viewer screen, including AI Chat, Summary, Details, and Tables.
Go to the Tables Tab: Navigate to the Tables tab to view extracted table data. This tab is specifically designed to display structured tables detected within the document, presenting data in an organized format for easier readability.
Explore Table Details: On the Tables tab, review structured information such as SKU, Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Total Price. This feature allows users to analyze essential data points quickly without manually searching through the document content.
Note: Only transactional documents (e.g., POs, invoices, quotes) will have the Tables tab enabled, as this feature is tailored to extract and display data specific to these document types. Non-transactional documents, even if they contain tables, will not display an extraction tab.
