The Documents/Web Toggle feature in Numero’s Global Search allows you to seamlessly switch between searching within your internal and public documents or expanding your search to include the web. This flexibility enables you to find the most relevant information for your research, whether it’s stored within Numero or available externally online.
Documents Toggle (Default)
The Documents toggle is the default setting, designed for users who want to search within their internal or public document repositories. It focuses on documents such as contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and SEC filings. This mode is ideal for conducting specific document-related searches to retrieve financial, contractual, or regulatory information from your organization's records.
Internal Documents: Search through internal records like contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Public Documents: Access public company filings, including SEC filings like 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and guidance documents.
Web Toggle
The “Web” toggle is located inside the Search Box.”Switching to the Web toggle expands your search beyond your internal documents to include external web resources. This option is useful when you need additional context, broader information, or supplemental data that is not present in your document repository.
When using the Web toggle, you also have access to a Custom Model Selection to choose the AI model best suited for your task:
GPT 4o: Ideal for in-depth analysis and detailed queries, offering comprehensive responses based on the available data.
Gemini Ultra: Focuses on broader web-based queries, pulling real-time data and delivering accurate information across a range of topics.
Claude: Provides concise, high-level insights, suitable for quick summaries or overviews of topics.
Depending on your research needs, you can select a model that provides the most suitable responses. For instance, when performing a complex financial analysis, GPT 4o may be more appropriate, while Gemini Ultra could be best for gathering up-to-date information from the web.
