Let's understand the process of initiating a chat using suggested prompt.
Under "Contracts" category, select the document type "Customer Agreement".
You will be presented with a few suggested prompts.
Select the prompt “List of customer agreements executed this year”
Upon selecting this prompt, the AI instantly retrieves and displays a list of all customer agreements that were executed during the current year.
Additionally, you can take several actions from this response, such as:
Saving the response for future reference.
Copying the table to your clipboard for external use.
Reporting a Bad Response if the data provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Download: Downloads the response in a table in an excel format.
Retrieved Documents
Once you have retrieved a list of documents from a search query, the Retrieved Documents panel on the right allows you to select the specific documents you want to view and engage with.
This feature enables you to have a focused conversation with the AI, addressing only the selected documents.
