Initiating a Chat without Company Selection

Choose Document Type: From the dropdown menu, select 10-K as the document type. You can skip selecting any specific company to broaden the search scope.

Enter Your Prompt: In the chat field, type your prompt. For example, enter:
"Find me companies with risk factors related to artificial intelligence - give me the company name and summary of the risk in a table."

Review AI Responses: After submitting, Numero AI will analyze the relevant 10-K filings and return a table with the company names and a summary of each company's AI-related risk factors. This data will help you quickly identify potential regulatory, operational, or ethical risks associated with AI for various companies.

Select and View Retrieved Documents: After running the query, a list of "Retrieved Documents" will appear on the right side of the interface, you can either view or chat with the document(s).

Select one or multiple documents by checking the boxes next to their names.

For instance, if you want to chat with a single document check the box next to it.

Click "Start Chat" to open a dedicated chat session for that document.

AI Chat Interaction: Once you click the "Start Chat", the document will open in a new tab with AI Chat Interaction as the default view. The interface offers an AI Chat feature that allows you to ask questions about the document’s content. You can enter specific questions to get quick insights into the document’s key elements.

You can ask follow-up questions to dive deeper into specific details within the document.
