To engage the AI with multiple documents simultaneously, follow these steps:

  1. Select the checkboxes next to the documents you want to include in your chat. (You can select from any document type, such as contracts, purchase orders, or financial reports)
For example: We will select three Customer Agreements from the list of "Retrieved Documents"

  2. Initiate Chat: Once you’ve selected the desired documents, click the Start Chat button located below the Selected Documents panel.

  3. The selected documents will be displayed in the Selected Documents panel on the right-hand side.

  4. Ask Document-Specific Queries:

    • Enter your query in the chat box. The AI will reference the selected documents to provide relevant information, such as extracting specific terms, summarizing content, or comparing data points across the documents.

    • Example: "Summarize the payment terms and due dates across these customer agreements."

  5. Review Responses: The AI will pull information from all the selected documents, ensuring comprehensive answers that span multiple files.

You can review the AI's output and even refine the query if needed.

For instance, you can ask the AI to display the information in a specific format, such as a table, or drill down into specific sections of the documents.
