In Numero, you can initiate a chat session with multiple documents simultaneously, allowing for efficient comparison and analysis across different documents. This feature is useful for comparing specific data points or analyzing patterns across several filings without opening each one individually.
Steps to Initiate a Chat with Multiple Documents
Select Documents: From the list of Retrieved Documents, check the boxes next to the documents you wish to include in the chat session. You can select multiple documents by clicking the checkbox on the left of each document name.
Start Chat: Once the documents are selected, click the START CHAT button at the bottom of the Selected Documents panel. This action will open a new tab with a chat session interface, where all inquiries will be based on the selected documents.
Chat Session Interface: After clicking START CHAT, a new tab will open, listing all the selected documents on the right under Selected Documents. This interface allows you to ask questions that apply across the chosen documents.
Ask Your Question: In the chat field, type your question, such as "Compare the revenue for all these documents" and click send.
The AI will analyze each document and return a comparative response or detailed information relevant to your query.
View and Compare Results: The AI will display a response in table format or as text, highlighting key comparisons between the documents. In this case, the results are displayed in text.
