In the document repository, click on the document name you want to view.
Once a document is selected, it will open in a new tab and load the document in a split-screen interface.
Navigating the Interface
AI Chat Interaction: On the left side, you can interact with the AI-powered chat to ask specific questions about the document.
Document Viewer: On the right side, the document is displayed in a high-quality PDF viewer.
Key features of the document viewer include:
Page Navigation: Use page controls at the top to jump to specific pages.
Zoom Controls: Adjust the document view with zoom-in and zoom-out options.
Full-Screen Mode: Expand the document to full-screen for a focused reading experience.
Search Within the Document: Locate specific text or terms using the magnifying glass icon.
Downloading Documents in PDF Format: Once inside the document view, locate the Download button at the top-right corner of the interface.
Click the Download icon.
The document will be downloaded as a readable PDF file.
