Once the document is opened, Numero displays an embedded PDF viewer on the right side of the screen. The viewer's toolbar offers several features for easy navigation:

Document Navigation through Pagination and Scrolling: Navigate through the document by scrolling or by entering a page number in the page input field.
Zoom and Full-Screen Options: You can zoom in or out to adjust the view.
Enabling Full-Screen View: For a more focused reading experience, you can enable full-screen mode:
Click the full-screen icon in the top-right corner of the PDF viewer.
The document will fill your entire screen, making it easier to read and focus on details.
To exit full-screen, press ESC or click the full-screen icon again.
Search Functionality: Use the search bar (magnifying glass icon) to find specific keywords or phrases within the document.
4. Download Option: Once a document is open in Numero, you can download it using the download options in the viewer's toolbar:
Click the download icon in the top-right corner of the PDF viewer.
Choose the file format: Select PDF to download the document as a PDF or select Excel (if available) to download extracted data in Excel format.
These options allow you to save and access documents in the format that best suits your needs.
Opening Multiple Tabs
Numero lets you open multiple documents in separate tabs, making it easy to compare and analyze multiple documents at once. Each document opens in its own tab for efficient multitasking.
