Overview
Connecting HubSpot with Numero lets you sync contacts, companies, and deals from HubSpot into Numero, enabling real-time insights and streamlined workflows.
Prerequisites
An admin role in Numero to access the Connectors page.
HubSpot account credentials (email/password or SSO).
Appropriate HubSpot permissions to allow third-party integrations.
Steps to Integrate HubSpot with Numero
Click the Connectors icon from the navigation panel.
Select HubSpot from the available connectors and click Connect.
3. You’ll be redirected to the HubSpot login page. Sign in with your HubSpot account credentials.
4. Grant permissions when prompted to allow Numero access to HubSpot data.
5. Once connected, the HubSpot card in the Connectors tab will display a plug icon with a number showing active connections.
6. After you successfully connect, Numero will begin accessing your HubSpot data.
After Connection
Once connected, click the Hubspot card in the Connectors tab to open the Hubspot page within Numero.
On this page, you can:
Search for existing workflows to find the ones relevant to your needs.
Create new workflows to integrate Hubspot data with your processes.
Enable pre-built workflows designed to provide essential insights and actions for your team.
Notes / Troubleshooting
If you see a “Need Admin Approval” message, it means your HubSpot admin must approve the integration in HubSpot’s settings.
If the connection fails, double-check your login credentials and ensure your HubSpot account has the required permissions.
You can disconnect and reconnect HubSpot at any time via the Connectors tab.
