For users who need to target their search for a specific document type, Numero allows you to bypass broad categories and look directly for particular document types. This feature is helpful when users have prior knowledge of the exact document they need, such as Statements of Work (SOW) or other specialized documents, allowing for quicker and more precise retrieval.
Managing Recent and Saved Searches
The Recent and Saved Searches sections within Numero help you manage your ongoing interactions with the platform, making it easy to revisit and reuse previous searches. This feature ensures that important queries, interactions, and prompts are accessible and organized for future reference.
Recent Searches
The Recent tab allows you to view and revisit your most recent searches or conversations from the past 30 days. This is particularly useful if you frequently return to specific search queries or need to track your research over time.
Accessing Recent Searches:
All searches and queries you’ve made within the last 30 days are automatically saved here.
Click on any recent search to re-run the query or view the results without having to type or configure the search again.
For example, you might find recent queries like:
“List of customer agreements executed in 2024”
“How do you determine if a contract is valid?”
Your recent chats are organized based on the category you selected during your search. For example:
If you searched within Internal Documents, those chats will only appear in the Recents tab when Internal Documents is selected in the global search.
The same applies to SEC, Guidance, and Web searches.
If a chat history doesn’t appear where you expect, check that you’ve selected the correct category in the global search. Only then will the Recent Chats tab display the relevant conversations.
Saved Searches
The Saved tab provides the option to bookmark or save important searches and queries for easy access in the future. Saving searches can streamline your workflow, allowing you to quickly pull up frequently used queries without the need to retype them.
How to Save a Search:
When conducting a search, you have the option to save it for future use by clicking the bookmark icon.
Once saved, you can access these queries from the Saved tab at any time, which stores your favorite or most critical searches for quick recall.
For example, saved searches might include:
“Show me customer agreements with liability terms”
“Give me a summary of each purchase order”
Pinned Prompts
The Prompts tab allows you to manage pre-configured prompts or questions. These can be either system-generated prompts, user-created, or shared prompts within your organization.
Pinned and Shared Prompts:
Pinned Prompts are queries that you or other users have identified as important and are kept at the top of your list for easy access.
You can view all prompts, your prompts, or shared prompts created by other team members, allowing for collaborative knowledge sharing within the platform.
For instance, a pinned prompt could be:
“What is the total non-recurring revenue for selected companies?”
This feature enhances collaboration and efficiency by allowing users to leverage commonly used prompts across teams.
