Delinking Documents

If you need to remove(delink) any documents from an established link, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Link Icon: Locate the yellow link icon next to the primary document in the Internal Documents Repository.

  2. This will open the Link Your Documents slider on the right.

  3. Remove the Document: In the Linked Documents panel on the right side, locate the document you wish to delink. Click the cross (×) icon next to this document.


    The document will be removed from the linked documents list.

  4. Confirm Delinking: After selecting the documents to delink, click the Update button at the bottom of the panel to finalize the changes.

  5. Viewing Linked Documents in Numero: To access linked documents in the Internal Documents Repository-

    • Open the Repository: Go to the Internal Documents section where all your files are listed.

    • Identify Linked Documents: Look for a drop down arrow next to document with linked files.

    • Expand to View Links: Click the drop down arrow to expand and view all associated documents under the main file.
