Filters in the SEC Filing make it easy to find specific documents based on selected criteria.

  1. Navigate to the SEC Filings tab in Numero.

  2. In the repository, you'll see a dropdown labeled All Docs. Select the type of documents you want to filter by—such as 10-Q, 10-K, 8K.

  3. The Filter button is located near the top of the document list. Click it to open the filter options.

  4. In the filter dropdown, you can choose criteria like Doc Name, Doc Type, Company Name, Ticker, Year, or Filing Date. After selecting a criterion, additional fields (such as "contains" or date ranges) will appear for further refinement.

  5. To apply multiple filters, click Add New Filter. You can combine filters using AND or OR logic for more precise results.

  6. After setting your criteria, click Apply Filter to narrow down the list of documents.

  7. If you need to reset or modify the filters, simply click Clear All to start over.

Example Scenario: Let’s say you want to find all 10-Q filings for the year 2024:

  1. Open the filter menu and select Doc Type.

  2. Choose Contains and set the value to 10-Q.

  3. Add another filter for Year and set the value to 2024.

  4. Apply the filter to view all 10-Q filings for 2024.
