Steps to Use the "All Docs" Dropdown:
Locate the Dropdown: At the top-left of the SEC Filings repository, find the "All Docs" dropdown menu.
Open the Dropdown: Click on the dropdown to view available filing types. Options include 10-K: Annual filings and 10-Q: Quarterly filings.
Select a Filing Type: Choose the filing type you want to filter by. For example:
Selecting "10-K" will display only annual filings in the repository.
Selecting "10-Q" will show quarterly filings.
View Filtered Results: Once a filing type is selected such as "10-Q", the repository refreshes to display documents specific to that category.
