The Internal Documents category in Numero enables you to interact directly with specific types of contracts, transactional records, and accounting documents. This section will guide you on how to effectively engage with internal documents, using suggested prompts and manual queries.

Selecting Document Types

When working with Internal Documents, you can refine your search by selecting from different document types within a category. For example, under the Contracts category, a dropdown menu allows you to choose from a variety of document types, such as:

  • Customer Agreement

  • Vendor Agreement

  • Statement of Work (SOW)

  • NDA

  • Partner Agreement

  • Lease Agreement

Selecting a specific document type, like Customer Agreement, narrows your search to only include documents that fall under that category. This feature is particularly useful when you need answers or data specific to a certain type of contract.

Asking Questions and Using Prompts

Once you’ve selected a document type, you can either:

  • Use the suggested prompts displayed below the chat field for quick searches.

  • Manually enter your own question in the chat field.

For instance, after selecting Customer Agreement, you could either click on a suggested prompt such as:

  • “Show me customer agreements with liability terms,”

Or you could manually type a custom query like:

  • “What are the payment terms?" or "Who are the parties involved?”

Note: We will be elaborating both the scenarios in the next few articles.
