Navigate to the "Specific Documents" tab ( icon to the right) when you need to focus on particular document types. This feature allows users to quickly access known documents without searching through the broader public or internal repositories.
Click the 'Specific Documents' icon to navigate to the screen shown below.
You can find a document to view or chat with in two ways:
Direct Document Search: If you know the specific document you need, enter its name directly into the search bar.
Document Type name Search: The other way to look for a document is to enter the document type like “SOW”, Vendor Agreement etc.

Example:For instance, if the user types in the document name "Acme Inc and NextGen Ent - SOW" the system will retrieve that specific document directly.
Click on the "send" icon. You will be presented with the document as shown in the image.
To view the document simply click on the document name. In order to initiate a chat with the document, please check the box on the left side next to the document name and.
After clicking on the document, “Start chat” button will appear on the bottom right of the “Selected Documents” panel.
Once you click on “Start Chat” a new tab will open with the document chat interface. Here, you can either use the suggested prompt or type a prompt manually.
